Overview We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges for unwashed, unaltered wigs within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via email at support@shunyihumanhair.com before returning any items. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
Helpful Hints - Use FedEx Express with a tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages without proof of receipt and delivery.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unstyled, with all original packaging and gifts. Notify us within 14 days if there are any product defects.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- If you believe the return shipping cost is too high and must use our return label, you will need to pay $30 for the return shipping fee.
Refund Policy
- Full refunds are issued for returns due to our errors (incorrect items, quality issues).
- For buyer-initiated returns (such as a change of mind or wrong order), a $20 restocking fee will apply.
- Handling fees charged by payment processors (Paypal, pay card, Western Union, bank transfer) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
- Contact us with any issues before returning items; returns made without contact may not be refunded.
Order Cancellation & Exchange
- Orders can be canceled for free within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- We can make changes to your order for free before it has been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
