Order Processing and Delivery
- We indicate whether items are in-stock or made-to-order. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 2-3 business days in Canada, the USA, and the UK. Other countries may experience a slight delay of 3-4 business days.
- Custom orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within one week. We will notify you of any unforeseen delays.
- We primarily use FedEx for shipping but also accommodate DHL and USPS upon request. Please specify any special delivery needs via email or WhatsApp.
Address Accuracy
- Ensure your shipping address, including detailed information and contact number, is accurate to avoid delivery errors. We do not ship to PO box addresses.
Damages and Claims
- If a package appears damaged upon arrival, do not accept it. Document the damage with photos for potential compensation claims.
- If a package is left at your door and later found damaged, photograph it and report the issue to the courier.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages left at your doorstep due to signed agreements with courier services.
