Things to Note upon Receiving:
When you receive the parcel, please check whether the packaging is in good shape. If you find that the packaging is broken or the hair is not in good condition, please contact us in a timely manner.
When you open the package, please check if you are satisfied with your hair. The important things to note are the size of the lace knots, hair density, hairline, and whether there is tangling or shedding. If there are any issues with the hair, please also contact us promptly.
Do not brush the hair directly when it is dry, or it will easily tangle and shed. You should put it in warm water at 40-50 degrees Celsius and add hair conditioner to care for it.
If you need to bleach the hair knots, you can let us know, and we will do it for you free of charge. Or if you want to bleach and dye by yourself, please be cautious not to use too much bleach product, or the knots will easily become loose and shed. The better way is to use a small amount of bleach for a relatively long time so that the hair and knots will not be damaged and the color will be more uniform and bright.
